Pay it forward.  My mom may not have used that phrase when she was alive, but she sure did teach us to live that way.  Pay it forward.  Do something nice for someone, help someone, do a good deed- for no other reason than to do it.  Watch what happens- it’s pretty neat.  Its contagious.
