I think by now we’ve all seen the Jimmy Dean breakfast commercials at least once with the “Sun” in them. I’ve kind of grown fond of them over time. Of course, we love sausage, especially Jimmy Dean, in my family, so that helps. I like that there are fun ways to remind us how important breakfast is- and how much it is part of our day. I used to be a breakfast skipper. Years and years I went without breakfast. Not smart, not healthy, but there you go. I can’t say I’d have been better had we had Jimmy Dean Delights around, but maybe. I know that since having children I’ve become more conscious of needing breakfast and I’ve grown to love breakfast foods.
As this new year begins, I’ve decided I’m going to jump in and take the Jimmy Dean and 100% Florida Orange Juice 30 Day Breakfast Challenge by taking a pledge each day. I need to get back into exercise so I think having a small manageable goal will help. A mile run- I can do that. I’ve done it before.
