Happy Fall! Time for lots of football/tailgating fun- and I have a fun video to share with the Frito Lay Kitching Kings: Chef Stephen Kalil and Chef Jody Denton. They will be giving tips on grilling, fall season recipes great for home or tailgating, and a quick “how to” tutorial on tailgating!Now, you might think me crazy for saying people may not know how to tailgate. But honestly, given what I have seen on friends’ Facebook pages, and on films- I think I can say that *I* really don’t know how to tailgate. Not the serious tailgating. I always thought tailgating was something you did before a Dave Matthews or Jimmy Buffet concert. Never did realize there was more to it…or that it included actual foods…. so there are some of us who haven’t fully experienced all that tailgating brings- or rather, didn’t experience it like me until much later in life.
Here is one recipe shared using Frito Lay ingredients that we can’t WAIT to try!

Our favorite is a cream cheese based hot dip with black been and corn salsa and of COURSE topped with Wisconsin cheddar n’ jack. We love dipping with Scoops because it packs more dip than any!
