I have always struggled with my teeth being discolored. As long as I can remember, they’ve not been pearly whites. I don’t know about you but I’m not used to having all that stuff in my mouth and even though I talk more than most anyone I’ve met to date in life, apparently, this doesn’t make my lip muscles strong. So be prepared to build up your time with the LED light in gradually. I wasn’t able to hold it in more than 10 minutes the first week- now, a few weeks later, I’m able to use this as long as I need to.
