 Honey Gorgonzola Cheese Appetizers 

Ingredients:

2T Olive Oil

1 Baguette- sliced into 1/3″ slices

6oz Gorgonzola cheese crumbles

2/3 c chopped walnuts

3T honey

Preheat oven to 375.  Arrange baguette slices on (ungreased) cookie sheet.  Brush with olive oil and toast for 8 minutes in oven.  While baguettes are toasting, mix cheese with walnuts in a bowl and spoon over the tops of baguette slices- we usually press down a bit with the back of the spoon.  Bake 8 minutes.  Drizzle the 3T honey over the tops immediately.  Serve warm.
