The secret to my success in the kitchen is healthy meals as quick a possible. I also love to make a wonderful party dish in minutes.
First soak a bag of shrimp in cool water. Then peel the shrimp.
Place three tablespoons of olive oil and a clove of fresh garlic in a pan. I cheat and use two teaspoons of already chopped garlic. Then cook the shrimp on medium heat until they are pink.
While cooking the shrimp I boiled some shell pasta. Then I ran them under cool water. I strained the pasta to place it in the dish.
Then pour in a bottle of the Ken’s Onion Dressing into the salad.
Cut up 1/2 of a large red onion and 1 red pepper. Place both into the pasta salad. Then add 3 Tablespoons of dill.
Finally add the Feta cheese and serve over spinach lettuce if you wish.
Thanks MadameDeals!

This looks very yummy! I have some shrimp lovers in my family and they would love this. I am not sure if they would like the feta though. I have never tried Ken’s Onion Dressing or Feta so I am definitely going to try to make this. Thanks for sharing!

I have to try the recipe, but I might have to substitute the feta (don’t like it).
