Target has released a wonderfully frugal coupon for all of us deal-seekers. Check out the Target Coupons and browse to page 2 of the “healthcare” section to print a couple for $1.00 off a Up & Up feminine care item. Then use the coupon to get Up & Up Pantiliners (which are usually around $0.89) for free!
And remember, Target coupons can be printed twice so don’t forget to print two to get two packages for free. make sure you pick up another item to make up the difference so you aren’t negative.
