Kim and Scott’s Gourmet Pretzels Giveaway Ends 5/25/11

Now who doesn’t love a soft pretzel?  Come on, I dare you to find someone that doesn’t love the warm, doughy goodness of a fresh pretzel.  I have discovered Kim & Scott’s Gourmet Pretzels and I think I am in love.  Now I admit that pretzels aren’t on my usual diet regimen.  However, I have found that these delicious little nuggets of paradise have there place in my life.  For example, a handy snack for the kids in the afternoon (I accept all leftovers), and quick and easy lunch idea, or a sweet treat at the end of the day (chocolate crumb stuffed pretzel).

These pretzels couldn’t be easier to prepare either.  You can either microwave them or place them in the oven.  I like to combine the two methods.  First, I place my frozen pretzel in the microwave for 30 seconds, then I bake them for 7 minutes to get a nice crispy outside.  Yum!

I’ve tried those frozen pretzels in the grocer’s aisle and have not been impressed.  They are always a little tough and too salty for my taste.  Kim & Scott’s pretzels reach a level all their own.  These pretzels actually taste fresh baked and have a delicious flavor.  I had the opportunity to try several varieties of their stuffed pretzel and loved them all.  There honestly wasn’t a flavor that my family didn’t like.  Evne my husband enjoyed them, and he considers himself somewhat of a pretzel connoisseur.  Their flavors include:

Chocolate Crumb (my personal fave)

Egg and Cheese (a great easy breakfast option)

Grilled Cheese (my kids loved these for lunch)

Spinach Feta (the hubbies favorite)
