A consumer could use the 15% off code, or the certificate, but they could not use both for the same order.

We’ve looked into the offer further and it seems that Deal Pop is offering your readers 15% off of the certificate purchase price if they use the code Deal Pop sent you to purchase the certificate. So, the code will save you money on their site, but it won’t work on FashionPlaytes.com if readers try to use the 15% off code when purchasing merchandise. I’m sorry for any confusion and I hope that clarifies things!
