Week #5 finished this morning.  I was floored when I saw the number on the scale.  Down another 3.0 lbs- for a total of 15.8 pounds lost! 
I tried a frozen food last night I hadn’t tried before- the Asian-Style Beef.  I added a bunch more broccoli to it (I almost always add broccoli to my meals, it fills them out and I like getting the flavors onto the broccoli) and I think this is hands down my favorite dinner so far on Nutrisystem! 
Here’s a video of my 3 year old helping me unload our recent deliver of frozen foods.  Can you even believe all of the goodies they send?  LOOK HOW MUCH ICE CREAM!
