Cold weather is upon us, and with that comes my oh so lovely and desirable dry, itchy skin patches all over my body, but especially on my ankles and elbows. It never fails. Sigh. That’s why I chose to try the Tropical Traditions Skin Exfoliator for review this time, to see how I liked it, and how well it could help with the elephant skin issues I get in cold weather.
I’m happy to report- so far, so good. I’ve been using this for about 3 weeks and while I do have a bit more scrubbing to do in the tub (always happens to me when I use exfoliating products), my skin in the trouble spots is also still feeling fairly soft and smoother than it does normally at this time of year, so I’m happy. Plus, the citrus-mint scent of the actual product is a nice refreshing scent when I’m in the shower!
I’m sure you know by now that I’m a big fan of natural products, including the Tropical Traditions brand. I have had the chance to try several of their products now and can’t wait to try more. They work well and are safe to use, which makes This Mama Love them!!
Look at the ingredients list: sea salt, organic virgin coconut oil, organic jojoba, and organic virgin palm oil. Scented varieties contain organic essential oils. (I love being able to pronounce all of the ingredients in things I purchase!!).
If you would like to try some of this fabulous exfoliator, you’ve come to the right place- one of my readers is going to win a tub of the exfoliator!!
