When I found out I was going to be able to do a review from Cardstore.com I got all excited. Then un-excited. I don’t have anything remotely resembling a holiday card photo that I could use to order my cards. Pout. I had such fun perusing all of the Holiday Cards, because they have some beautiful products on the site. I love me some Photo Cards, and always choose to send those (hey, I have 3 kids and I think they’re adorable. Of course I’m going to send you a card with their photo. Its my given right as a mom!!) over a “plain” card…but, alas, it is not time for me to order my cards. (Plus, I can’t find a button down for my little guy in the right shade of red to match his sweater vest).
But this one just calls out to me

Anyone looking for reviews of Cardstore.com should be warned that they have TERRIBLE customer service. I just spent 40 minutes with them and my problem was not resolved. They couldn’t even cancel my order.
Wow, our experience could not have been any more different… an order was messed up… some how as part of a larger order we thought we ordered 10 cards… instead we only ordered 1 (and paid for only 1)… when we called them just to see of we could get 10 cards expedited… they did one better the sent us 10 and did not charge us for them… additionally they did free shipping and sent it overnight delivery.
The agent on the phone was super nice and even commented on how nice our pictures were on the card.
Its nice to hear that the customer service is great- I have had situations that weren’t so great!!
