I have to tell you about the great Bumbinoooooooooooooooo!!  Sorry, I always say that in my head.  I say it often, we have 3 Bumbinos.  2 that I purchased and 1 that I WON!! during a Twitter party!! (I never win so this was a big day for me).  I’d already spoken with Nora, the creator of BumEssentials, about working together, so this just kind of seemed to all work out.



BumEssentials are a diaper shell (called a Bumbino) with aplix closure and are one size diapers.  They also have snap in liners- each bum pad has 2 snaps that attach it to the Bumbino near the front of the diaper.  We have tried both the Terry Towel bum pads and the Classic which is made from terry cotton and bamboo.  Both are super absorbent, I kind of prefer the terry pad for longer use and the bamboo for shorter, although there isn’t a real reason why.  The bum pads are actually a set of 2 pads- a longer and a shorter, and they snap together to keep them in place.  I like this feature because I can adjust for different absorbancy needs.  


Bumbinos come in 4 colors, and we have them all except the green.  I love the bright, cheery colors, and the fun names that go along with them.  One of my favorite things about the Bumbino is that the elastic is in the front of the diaper and not just the back.  My little one is teeny and she needs elastic!!  Plus, the fabric is really a nice, soft, fabric.  The aplix closure also holds up well.  Actually, I just realized when I did purchase my 2 Bumbinos it was part of the A-Z Starter set that BumEssentials does, which comes with 2 Bumbinos, 2 Terry Towel Pads, 1 Classic Pad, and a small Bum Bag.  The Bum Bags are really nice- and reversible.  Nice thick fabric and sturdy drawstring. Plus they coordinate with the Bumbino shells.  Matchy=happy!!  
She was all done.  No need for her romper to be snapped up again, she was outta there!!


A single Bumbino with a Terry Towel pad is $19.99, while the A-Z Starter Kit is $47.99.  Bum Pads made from either material are $9.50.  The Bum Bags are $8.99 for the small and $15.99 for the large.  You do get a GREAT value when purchasing the A-Z Starter Kit!!
