>KINeSYS makes a line of sunscreen products that is oil, alcohol and paraben free. They are so easy to use. Spray and go!! That simple!! When KINeSYS asked if I’d review their stuff on This Mama, I grabbed at the chance. Yet another fantastic, conscious company I’d not have been introduced to had I not started this blog!! After a few emails back and forth they offered to send me the Kids SPF30 Non Alcohol Sunscreen Spray:
What’s so great about this stuff?
• Fragrance-free
• Oil-free / Alcohol-free / PABA-free / Preservative-free
• Very Water-resistant / Sweat-resistant
• Hypoallergenic / Non-comedogenic
• Broad spectrum UVA/UVB protection
• Topical antioxidant Vitamin E (Tocopheryl Acetate) to scavenge free radicals
• Active Sunscreen Ingredients: Octinoxate 7.5%, Octocrylene 7%, Octisalate 4%, Avobenzone (Parsol®1789) 2%
Plus, its so easy to apply. A few squirts and you are good to go. Its also really water-resistant so you don’t have to reapply as often. So when you are heading to the beach to spend the day, its not quite so worrisome to watch that clock to reapply sunscreen.
Lots of athletes use KINeSYS. So many that there is an entire page of the website devoted to athletes who use the products. This is a great products for athletes and kids because they play (work) hard and sweat hard- 2 groups who need to be protected with a product like this!
We also got a small bottle of the SPF 30 Alcohol Free Sunscreen Spray. Its got a little hint of mango scent. I may or may not have hidden this one so that only *I* can use it. I love it. When you mist it on its not a heavy feeling and it has actually helped ME to use it more often.
The small size fits perfectly into the pockets of my bag so its always with me. If its with me, I’m more apt to use it. I keep a little kid sized sunscreen in my bag as well, and one of those sunscreen sticks. But the mango is mine, mine, all mine. If the kids get wind how much I like this stuff, they’ll want it.
